What We Need
- 3 KSTs – Kitchen Service Team (Cooks/Hot & Cold Prep/Sanitation/Organization)
- 3 CSTs – Customer Service Team (Hospitality/Dining/Communication/Sanitation/Organization)
- 3 SSTs – Support Service Team (Utility/Runner/Driver/Sanitation/Organization) Valid Driver’s License is a plus
- 1 CST Lead
- 1 KST Lead
- 1 SST Lead
ESTs Event Service Team (Special Event Server/Bartender/Steward) positions and leads will need to be filled for special events, concerts, shows, and catering at HMAC in the very near future because our programming schedule is filling up with some great entertainment and private dining packages.

What We Pay
Student/Stagiaire/Intern rate starts at $12/hr
- $15/hr Starting wage for all team members
- All new team members must train for a 2 week period at $12/hr.
- We are looking for leaders in every aspect of what we share with our guests
- $17.50/hr Starting wage for all lead positions
- Lead positions (Lead KST, Lead CST, Lead SST, Lead EST) will ONLY be filled and promoted from within.
- All full time hourly positions have an average 35-40 hour work week.
- All full-time team members are scheduled for a 5 day work week with opportunities to be a team lead and pick up additional hours.
- Regardless of position every team member is valuable to our mutual success and is encouraged to apply for lead and management positions. We like to promote from within our team.
- Earned PTO for all team members
- Cash referral bonus for all team members
We will also be reviewing applications and evaluating interviews to hire team managers. Each management position ( Sous Chef, Service Manager, Support Manager, Event Manager) has a starting salary of $37-42K annual salary.
